How we look after your data.

The answers your IT and security teams will ask for first. Need more? We fill in vendor questionnaires.

Where it’s hosted: Microsoft Azure, Central India region. Your data stays in India unless you ask otherwise.
Encryption: TLS 1.2 or higher in transit. Databases and file storage encrypted at rest with Azure-managed keys.
Access: Role-based access in every product. Single sign-on with Google, Microsoft Entra ID or Okta on higher plans. Staff access to production is logged and time-limited.
Secrets: Kept in Azure Key Vault. Our services authenticate with managed identities, so there are no passwords in code.
Audit logs: Every product records who did what and when. Enterprise plans can export logs.
Privacy: We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We ask before recording voice, keep Quill transcripts for 90 days unless they become part of a project, and delete your data when you ask. Privacy notice
AI and your data: Quill runs on Claude through Microsoft Foundry under Microsoft’s enterprise terms. Your conversations aren’t used to train models.
